Wissam spent 25 years building and running global IT delivery programs at Siemens, Nokia Siemens Networks and CGI — including nine years as Senior Director at CGI leading Bell Canada's offshore delivery program. Across those roles he carried P&L responsibility for more than $600M in delivered programs across telecom, banking and public sector clients.
He founded Xshorify to give growing companies direct access to the same offshore delivery model he ran at the enterprise level — with the governance and accountability of a large firm, without the overhead.
